They are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations for a major tunnel project in Washington, D.C. This role is critical to ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Salary: ~$150,000 (D.O.E.)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all procurement and sourcing activities for a large-scale tunnel project, including materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements in compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and construction teams to anticipate material needs and avoid schedule delays
- Track procurement progress, manage inventory, and report on cost, schedule, and risk
- Support bid preparation, vendor selection, and negotiation to optimize project value
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
