Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to own and scale installation-driven field operations in a fast-growing, execution-focused organization.

This role partners closely with the CEO to translate strategy into results by building strong operating systems, clear accountability, and scalable processes.

Key Focus Areas

Own end-to-end field and installation operations (scheduling, quality, throughput)
Build and enforce SOPs, standards, and accountability systems
Improve post-install customer experience and reduce rework
Design operational org structure and operating cadence
Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

Ideal Background

Proven experience scaling field operations in HVAC or HVAC-adjacent environments
Strong operator with a track record of building SOPs and disciplined teams
Comfortable leading complex, fast-moving operations with minimal oversight
Industry fluency required; hands-on install experience not mandatory
