🚨 We're Hiring: Wellbeing Manager – Americas

An elite global law firm is seeking a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Manager to lead wellness and benefits initiatives across its U.S. offices. This role is all about supporting employees during the moments that matter — from managing leave of absence programs to championing firmwide wellbeing strategies.

💡 What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs: FMLA, parental leave, STD/LTD, personal leave, etc.
- Guide employees through the leave process from start to finish — with clarity, care, and compliance.
- Administer health & welfare benefit plans across U.S. offices; manage vendors, enrollment, and issue resolution.
- Act as the Americas lead for wellbeing, partnering with global teams across EMEA and APAC.
- Stay ahead of compliance requirements (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA) and maintain up-to-date policy documentation.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance wellness offerings and build a culture of support.
✅ What You Bring:
- 7+ years in benefits administration, including 2+ years focused on LOA management.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws and benefits regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills — you’re empathetic, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
🕘 Schedule:
Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (Onsite)
Must be flexible to support employee needs and business priorities.
