Executive Assistant

📍 Washington, D.C. (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

💼 Full-Time | $110,000 – $120,000

A leading professional services firm is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the firm’s M&A | Corporate & Finance and IP & Technology Transactions practice areas.

This is a dynamic role supporting high-level executives (including Practice Area Leaders and C-Suite members), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to practice area leaders
Manage complex domestic and international travel logistics
Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling across time zones
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
Assist with team management, meeting preparation, and project coordination
Maintain confidentiality with discretion and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services or law firm setting
Experience supporting CEOs, COOs, Presidents, or C-level executives
Highly professional, articulate, and detail-oriented
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and confident managing multiple priorities

Compensation & Schedule

💰 Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
