Responsibilities
- Track new agency initiatives and assist leadership teams in implementing new tools and processes
- Support executive communications across the agency, including drafting and managing correspondence
- Monitor tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and developing reports to inform decision-making
- Support administrative functions such as taking meeting minutes and scheduling meetings
- Collaborate with teams to design and facilitate processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with strategic planning and performance management efforts
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management
- Proven experience in project management, process design, facilitation, and executive communications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) tools and Atlassian suite
- Background in health policy and/or biomedical research preferred
- Master's Degree required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with health-related project coordination or policy development
- Knowledge of government processes and regulations
- Additional certifications in project management or process improvement
- Experience working in a hybrid or in-person government setting in Washington, D.C.
