Why You Should Apply: As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Firm runs smoothly by contributing to essential projects and daily operations, including but not limited to:
- Acting as a liaison by managing communication between colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Handling and directing incoming calls with professionalism and care.
- Owning scheduling responsibilities to ensure seamless appointment coordination.
- Preparing polished documents and maintaining organized, up-to-date spreadsheets.
- Managing financial processes, including preparing invoices, reconciling backup, and submitting expense reports.
- Supporting attorneys by assisting with timekeeping entries and administrative needs.
- Coordinating meetings and events, from IT support to culinary details like food orders.
- Spearheading event planning and organizing small, memorable group dinner experiences.

Core Qualifications:
- 4+ years of prior administrative experience in a law firm setting

- Adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing workplace.
- Proficient in standard computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

- Flexibility to adjust to changing business demands and schedules.
Preferred, But Not Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
