We are supporting an international middle-market investment bank on a search for an Associate to join their Aerospace, Defense & Government Services team in Washington, D.C. The group is recognized for advising leading corporates, private equity firms, and government-related entities on strategic M&A and financing transactions across the sector.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of live M&A and financing transactions, including valuation, modelling, due diligence, and client presentations.
- Support origination efforts through preparation of pitch materials, market analysis, and sector insights.
- Engage directly with clients and senior leadership throughout deal processes.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality output across all workstreams.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related advisory roles.
- Strong technical skills and proven experience executing M&A transactions.
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, or government services is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- US citizenship preferred due to client and project requirements within the defense sector.
