Reporting to the Manager, Talent Data Management, the Talent Data Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate HRIS data entry and maintenance across all North American entities. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Talent team members and Shared Service partners to ensure data accuracy and provide responsive service to internal stakeholders.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DATA ENTRY & MAINTENANCE
Process employee data transactions in core HCM systems by applicable deadlines, including new hire processing, job changes, address changes, data corrections, and terminations. Coordinate with payroll to ensure successful transfer of Talent data to Ceridian. Interact professionally with employees and management to obtain missing data elements required for accurate processing Support monthly global data quality checks and address identified discrepancies
COLLABORATION & PROBLEM SOLVING
Partner daily with Talent Systems and Talent Planning & Analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration Collaborate with Talent Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other Talent stakeholders to resolve data-related questions and issues Proactively identify and escalate data quality concerns or process gaps Support ad hoc reporting requests and data validation activities
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with data input and maintenance
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems, SAP HR preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters and information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet processing deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- High standard for customer service and collaborative partnership

The base salary range for this position is $53,600 - $80,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
