Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will support and implement programs that identify, train, and develop high-potential leaders across various departments. Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing leadership training programs and development initiatives
- Conduct assessments to identify leadership potential and training needs
- Collaborate with department heads to align development plans with business goals
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions
- Track progress and performance metrics of leadership candidates
- Stay informed on leadership trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within development initiatives
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or a similar role
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
