Qualifications
- J.D. from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the D.C. bar
- 3–6+ years of Private Equity transactional experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
- Experience handling complex cross-border and domestic private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions.
