Role: Content and Brand Editorial Associate
Salary: 85-95k, commensurate with experience

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven Content and Brand Editorial Associate to manage editorial/asset creation and planning for organic channels and work cross-department to create a cohesive brand identity. This is a hybrid role blending organic brand management, project management/organization, and content creation.
Brand Editorial Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal team members such as internal content creator, influencers, and external contractors (e.g., designers, photographers, videographers) to produce high-quality content.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring all assets meet deadlines and align with the brand's creative direction.
- Manage editorial calendar and planning for Sabai - including management of our internal blog and other web presence opportunities
- Collaborating cross department with our marketing leads, our PR team, and our Paid teams on editorial content and brand management and cohesion.
- Topline management of Sabai’s brand identity to create cohesion across PR, Paid, and Organic via seamless copy and content that tells our story in a succinct and brand-reflective manner.
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar that aligns with Sabai's marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content across all social media platforms
- (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging channels).
- Track, report on, and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep Sabai's presence innovative and relevant.
Digital Content Creation
- Capture, edit, and deliver original content that supports and enhances Sabai’s brand storytelling across all digital platforms.
- Produce a variety of high-quality visual assets—photo and video—by shooting in the showroom and on location, ensuring a diverse and dynamic content library.
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy and editorial for social media posts and other brand assets, reinforcing Sabai’s voice and visual identity.
- Partner with internal teams to develop content that supports key campaigns, product launches, and community engagement efforts.
Digital Content Management
- Organize and manage a centralized digital content library, ensuring assets are current,
- brand-aligned, and easily accessible.
- Organize, produce, and manage photoshoots to gather additional content based on cross departmental needs, liaising with PR, Marketing, Paid, and Organic to ensure that all content needs are taken care of and assets are procured.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to understand content needs and organize
- the creation of necessary assets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, designers, copywriters, and external agencies
- to produce high-quality content, including images, videos, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content adheres to Sabai’s brand values and visual brand guidelines.
Influencer Program Oversight
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align
- with Sabai’s values.
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including contracts, deliverables, and reporting.
- Track the performance of influencer partnerships and optimize programs for impact and ROI.
