Director Of Operations Benefits/Compensation

Base salary of $120,000 – $130,000
Performance-based bonus incentives
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

Limited travel (~5%) with exposure to multi-property operations

Director Of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across spa, F&B, facilities, and member services
Drive revenue growth, KPI performance, and cost control initiatives
Lead and mentor department heads and the on-site General Manager
Introduce scalable systems and structures without stifling creativity
Maintain exceptional guest experiences through service leadership
Collaborate with ownership on strategy, growth, and capital planning
Prior experience in luxury resorts, clubs, or wellness destinations
Strong hands-on leadership and team engagement style
