Customer Enrollment Representative Day-to-Day:
- Interact directly with customers face-to-face to introduce and enroll them in telecommunications services
- Clearly explain product offerings and match services to individual needs and preferences
- Provide a high level of customer care while driving new customer acquisitions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activity
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives to improve customer outreach strategies and enrollment success
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals and daily activity benchmarks
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine product knowledge and selling techniques
