I love building things that last: teams, systems, strategies, and cultures that empower people and drive results. With 15 years of experience in change management, L&D, and organizational improvement, I’ve helped drive impact across teams and projects that span multiple countries, optimizing operations and guiding complex transformations with clarity, empathy, and focus.
As director of learning & development and lead of change management at a leading global development firm, I spearheaded initiatives that reached 6,000+ employees across 90 countries. I specialize in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that systems and structures align with the people they serve, ultimately driving organizational success and fostering growth.
My path didn’t begin in the conference room. Growing up between Germany and Brazil, I taught in classrooms across the globe, driven by the belief that education holds the power to create change in communities. Over time, I realized that true, sustainable change is built not just from individual efforts, but from well-designed systems that support people in meaningful ways. Whether improving groundnut supply chains in Mozambique or designing leadership programs that shape future-ready teams, I’ve focused on aligning people, purpose, and processes to create scalable impact.
