Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to senior executives, managing calendars, travel, presentations, and virtual events. This role requires strong design and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and branded materials
Organize and support webinars, virtual meetings, and special events
Draft and edit documents, reports, and internal communications
Track deadlines and support cross-functional projects with attention to detail

Qualifications:

5+ years of executive support experience, ideally supporting senior leadership
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with a strong design sensibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Canva or Adobe tools
Skilled in managing virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience

Additional Details:

100% remote role, preference for candidates based in the DC metro area
Must have access to a professional, quiet home office environment
Occasional travel may be required with advance notice
