Customer Enrollment Representative Day-to-Day:

Interact directly with customers face-to-face to introduce and enroll them in telecommunications services
Clearly explain product offerings and match services to individual needs and preferences
Provide a high level of customer care while driving new customer acquisitions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activity
Collaborate with fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives to improve customer outreach strategies and enrollment success
Meet or exceed enrollment goals and daily activity benchmarks
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to refine product knowledge and selling techniques

Customer Enrollment Representative Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn quickly
Comfort working in a face-to-face, customer-focused sales environment
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,331.00 per year
