Duties and Responsibilities:

Competency in electrical duties including;

· Basic code compliant wiring

· Tenant fit out experience

· Apartment/Housing Renovation work

· Demo and wiring of apartments and condos

· Circuits and lighting

· Site & LED lighting

· Troubleshooting

· Ability to read prints or schematics

· Perform work safely and conscientiously

· Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements:

. Must reside in DC

. Attend the DC apprenticeship program

· Background and drug screen required

· Positive attitude

· Professional appearance at all times

· Willingness to consistently exceed expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
