A confidential and mission-driven mental health treatment community is seeking a part-time Evening Receptionist to help create a welcoming and supportive environment for young adults working toward greater independence. We provide individualized and group-based clinical support designed to align with our clients' mental health needs and life goals, all within an inclusive and dynamic community.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients
Maintain office safety and building security, including managing deliveries and pick-ups
Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, following established building protocols and safety procedures
Provide basic troubleshooting support for on-site technology (Zoom, Meeting Owl, Smart TVs, WiFi connectivity, printers, etc.)
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including managing office supplies, mailings, scanning, and purchase logging

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in office coordination, reception, or client services
Availability to work Monday–Friday from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm for at least one year
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
