This fast-paced consulting firm is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CHRO to join the team in a hybrid role that merges executive support with hands-on HR coordination. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help drive key people initiatives while managing the day-to-day logistics that keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and internal initiatives; serve as a liaison across HR and other business units.
- Coordinate meetings, in-office catering, retreats and seminars, and office events as needed.
- Assist with the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, initiating communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, following-up with referrals, and conducting background checks.
- Assist leadership with the onboarding, offboarding, and training program for employees.
- Manage internal documentation, employee files and department reports.
- Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to, completing expense reports, and ad hoc projects.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and respond to shifting priorities with professionalism.
- Prepare reports, updates, and summaries while ensuring milestones are clearly communicated.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, helping ensure alignment across global HR stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have at least two years of international C-level EA support blended with HR experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Attention to detail. You have the ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities.
- Self-motivated, yet team-minded. You are dynamic and take pride in your work while working well with others.
- Personable. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with others.
- Microsoft sharp. You are comfortable working within Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, HRIS programs and new data systems.
