Purchase Order Manager

You will be responsible for:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Order Manager to assist in the facilitation of the internal submissions of Purchase orders and contracts in our clients’ systems.
Your impact:
You will own and manage the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process for client. Process purchase orders and consult with various internal and external teams. (brand teams, agencies, account payable, comptrollers)
About you:
You are detail orientated, and process driven. You thrive in a collaborative, demanding environment and bring both financial acumen and a problem-solving mindset to your role daily.
Must have:
- Experience in vendor management within marketing or media, (healthcare/pharma preferred).
- Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Or Equivalent work experience.
