We're a small-but-mighty team bringing joy, comfort, and incredible food to families and professionals. Now, we're looking for a steady, savvy, and quick-witted Executive Coordinator to become the backbone of our Leadership Team.

🚀 What You'll Actually Do:

Be the backbone of leadership. Manage calendars, inboxes, and schedules—keeping everything on track and proactive
Run meetings with precision. Schedule, build agendas, manage tech, take notes, and track follow-ups
Follow up, follow through, and follow back. Once it's delegated—it's yours
Manage projects in Asana. Keep timelines and tasks moving. Nothing slips
Lead cross-functional projects. Coordinate across departments to hit deliverables
Be a human filter. Know what goes to leadership and what stays in motion
Own internal events. Plan virtual and in person meetings, manage invites and tech, and gather feedback
Coordinate travel. Handle itineraries, logistics, budgets, and planning with care
Keep secrets. Seriously. Handle all confidential info with trust and professionalism

Pay: $28-$30/hr

Schedule:

Full Time- 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday

Requirements

✅ Skills & Experience:

Excellent written communication—you'll help shape our voice
Proven experience supporting executive leadership
Comfortable with:
- Asana (or similar project tool) ✅
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
- Social media fluency (bonus if you enjoy engaging)
- CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred)
Strong at logistics, time zone juggling, and managing up
