About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities needed to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
Support the budget process by collecting data, consolidating information, and providing analysis.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget or forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and understand business performance.
Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role in B2B SaaS start up.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
Experience with financial reporting systems and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
CPA or CFA certifications will be a plus
Experience with Netsuite, Tableau, SalesForce, Modern FP&A Tools (Planful, Mosaic, etc)
