A dynamic organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a Senior Executive. This role involves handling confidential information and requires a high level of ethical standards. The position is primarily in-person, with some remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Arrange travel as requested by executive to include ground/air transportation, accommodations, dining and client entertainment as directed
Coordinate with the executive to organize and prioritize in-office, virtual and travel-based meetings and calendar management
Preparing expense reimbursements and invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner
Open and process incoming mail, prepare and receive overnight deliveries and courier services for the executive
Assist with maintaining stock of office and break room supplies for use by the office
Anticipate needs and take initiative to handle ad hoc assignments, special projects and ﬁrmwide support as required

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience (5+ years) in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior- level executives
Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Exceptional organization skills,attention to detail and ability to rapidly switch tasks
Self-starter, with outstanding work ethic and ability to learn new processes quickly
Proﬁciency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams as well as application of best practices in utilizing Outlook Calendar function), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and familiarity with expense/travel management systems

Salary and Beneﬁts Information

Salary range of $70,000- $90,000 / year
Beneﬁts include medical insurance, dental/vision insurance, 401k matching
